Walking is one of the best exercises you can do for weight loss and it’s also great for relieving stiff joints. How can you incorporate more walking into your day? Here are a few ideas:
- Park as far out as possible and walk in from the parking lot
- Take the stairs when available
- Walk instead of driving when running errands around town
- Wake up early and walk around your neighborhood before work
