Top your cereal with bananas or raisins. Or, mix fruit with plain, fat-free or low-fat yogurt.
Yogurt Fruit Salad
Place fruit in a large bowl and mix with pineapple juice. Let stand for 15 minutes at room temperature.
Place 1 cup of fruit salad in a small bowl and top with ½ cup of yogurt.
Sprinkle almonds on top of each fruit salad. Serve immediately.
Breakfast Fruit Smoothie
1/2 C non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
1/2 C orange juice
1 C frozen fruit blend of your choice ( I like the one with mango!)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
