QuickTip Tuesday: Pie Crust Tips

When making homemade pie crust, cut in your fat, then stir in water- 1 Tbsp at a time- with a fork. When the dough just starts to make small clumps, stop stirring. Turn it out on a floured surface and roll quickly to desired size. Try not to overwork it. The more you handle the dough, the tougher your finished product will be.
