Can you believe it is already January 2016? 2015 is gone. Just like that. I am floored!
I am also hungry. One of our goals this year is to save a little money at the grocery store. I am no money-saving expert. Far from it, but we are trying one little thing (we’ll see if it works). I am going to be making a larger meal on Sunday nights, then turning the leftovers into something completely different on Tuesday nights.
Another goal we have for 2016 is to eat more fish. That is, to eat fish. We are going to be having fish at least once a week- which is up from approximately 1/2 times a month!
